Today CUNA Mutual confirmed the expert panel for the first dedicated Cybercrime conference for Credit Unions. The event, which will be held at The Irish Times in Dublin, will be chaired by CUNA Mutual CEO, Paul J. Walsh and include speakers from the legal, technology, security and risk management spheres.
The conference, the first of its type in Ireland, taking place on January 26th, it focuses exclusively on Cyber risks facing Credit Unions and comes at a time of increased consumer and regulatory awareness of the dangers posed to personal and financial data from professional criminals and hackers.
Speakers include:
- Ann Marie Bohan from Matheson in Dublin.
- David McCormick, a specialist from Microsoft’s Identity and Mobility team.
- Daryl Bridgeman from ACE/Chubb Underwriters.
- Stephen Shaw from the specialist technology business FieldAware Inc.
Additional experts in reputation management and security are joining a panel for an interactive discussion with attendees on the day, addressing many of the immediate questions that Credit Union professionals and Boards have in safeguarding their member’s information.
